At the Age of 44, Sadek has been in the software solutions market for over 24 years helping clients implement mission critical systems. Sadek helped numerous institutions adopt latest web technologies to streamline their business and achieve higher efficacy. He has also significantly contributed to spreading Enterprise Content Management, Portals & e-government, and e-payment concepts and model implementations in the MENA region.
Sadek holds an MA in Enterprise Management from Durham University (2006/2007) and is a B.SC. Computer Science graduate (Minor Accounting) as of 1989 from Yarmouk University. The MA thesis was “Intrapreneurship & MBTI”.
Entrepreneurial in nature, he co-founded and led the establishment of several companies and joint ventures during his career. Below is a brief outline of said achievements:

Co-founded HR2O – board member (2008-2012); an HR consulting practice with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Management & Intrapreneurship
Co-Founded PayNET (2005-2008) – Executive Director – Regional Payment Gateway, owned and operated by a joint venture formed by STS/BusinessONE and Visa Jordan Card Services.
Established STS’s own Product Development activity (2004-2008), later spun off as a separate business division of STS where he served as the Director of BusinessOne Software Solutions.
Co-Founded BusinessONE (1999-2004) CTO – A daughter company of STS specialized in e-Business Application Development ( e-Government Portals & eServices, e-Banking, e-Payment, … etc)
BayaNAT(1996-1999) – COO – A daughter company of STS, specialized in Enterprise Archiving and Electronic Document Management Systems (FileNET)
GCESoft (1990-1996) – COO – A provider of own ERP Solutions (Alpha Systems) and handheld devices (Symbol).
In April 2010, Sadek founded Applixya; a progressive and pioneering IT innovation provider specialized in enterprise mobile applications and focused on Apple’s iPad (& iPhone) productivity applications.
