Ibrahim Seksek has more than 15 years of worldwide experience in the Customer Care and Support industry. Ibrahim has worked for fortune 500 companies in the world including Nextel and Verizon, where Ibrahim was involved in managing a large number of sites, incorporating thousands of employees in countries such as the Philippines, India, USA and Canada. Ibrahim’s role also included monitoring KPIs and developing techniques to ensure quality standards and operational excellence are met.
Ibrahim was awarded Contact Center Industry Champion in 2010 and one of the co-founders of CrysTelCall, has been involved in setting up and building the various Customer Care departments at CrysTelCall. His skills and capabilities in effectively managing and creating synergy between the different departments have proven to be an asset.
