Helen Al Uzaizi

Helen is a full time advocate of positive change. She has built strong managerial and technical expertise through working on global brands such as LG Electronics, Porsche, Audi, Emaar International, Zain Telecom, Orange Telecom and Royal Jordanian amongst others. During this time, she held a series of managerial positions with leading marketing communications agencies namely Saatchi & Saatchi, Young and Rubicam and Wunderman and spear headed the world-renowned Brand Asset Valuator (BAV) study in Jordan, bringing to life the concept of brand valuation to Jordan and the Middle East.

Her work during that time was the stepping stone to defining her undying passion: community empowerment. Helen then served as the International Relations and Fundraising Manager at the Jordan River Foundation. This experience, in particular, enabled her to work towards a more empowered community and made her realize that positive change is not just a slogan, rather a common goal she can work towards. Her experience coupled with the firm belief in mentoring and its impact on development drove her to shift her transferable experience to serve the mission and vision of Mowgli.

Having grown up in Bahrain, Helen later studied Law and Government at the University of Manchester, UK and is a Certified Marketing Executive, CME (SMEI). When not working, Helen is an avid reader, runner and has most recently discovered a love for sky diving.
